Oscar is my hero. Oscar exceeded every expectation I had in terms of customer service and work quality. He clearly communicated what work was going to be done, when it was going to be done, and what I needed to do because of it. He confirmed these details with me multiple times. He spoke with me every day advising me of updates. Even when there was a two-day weather delay, he called both days to advise me. Oscar is a professional. He is courteous, customer-oriented, and communicative as well as an expert in his field. His skill is evident in that he mastered the challenges posed by my patio — his work is amazing. It’s clear he has perfected his craft. Furthermore, Oscar and the gentleman who works with him cleaned up any evidence of their presence around the entire house and they skimmed and vacuumed my pool. We also hired Cliff’s to do the fire up period for the first 30 days. Steve did a good job of cleaning the pool and balancing the chemicals.

We had kool deck around our pool for 28 years which had cracked in a few places. Cliff’s promptly responded to our request for an estimate and assured us that using a textured spraydeck with random scorelines would cover and conceal the previous cracks, which it has. However after watching the work of Oscar, who was meticulous in re-designing our patio, we believe the great job has as much to do with the skill of the person doing the job as it has to do with the product, if not more so. A year later we started to get estimates to redo the pool, Resurface the patio remove and replace the wood deck with pavers and rescreen and pressure clean the screen enclosure. Here we are with our second experience with Cliff’s Pools and Patios. Tony was out to give us an estimate to repair our deck and we requested an estimate to resurface the pool also. A week later he came back with tile samples and a contract to do the work.Everything he told us was totally accurate. He said that the paperwork would take 1-2 weeks (it did). Mariann and Pepino arrived and did their magic to prep the pool. Then 4 men arrived and resurfaced the pool. Next Oscar came and pressure cleaned the patio and sealed it. Seven days (including weekend) to do the complete job!

It seemed like we have a series of soldiers arriving in formation to do their job and make room for the next crew. The pool is great – looks like new. The deck is sealed and as beautiful as the day it was created by Tony. The estimated prices were right on the dime. our personnel were polite and unobtrusive as well as perfectionists in their craft.
