Boca Raton Reviews of Cliff's Pools & Patios

Our pool deck/patio is REMARKABLE. Your deck and patio technician Oscar just left - we wanted you to know how much we admired his work ethic, professional courtesy, and the consideration he had for our home. He worked every day this week, usually arriving around 8:00 a.m. Oscar's talent is unique - old spray deck removal, pressure cleaning, taping, cement, etching, crack repairs, painting the Vegas stamp, glaze… we could not believe the amount of time, effort, and elbow grease. From pool to fire-up to deck to our monthly pool service, we are extremely happy to have had this buying experience with your company.

A team of true professionals. Each and every person I had contact with was courteous and took care of any situation. I had a real time crunch to resurface my pool and they exceeded expectations.

John and I would like to commend you and your staff for the excellent job you did on resurfacing and updating our pool. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly. From the presentation and estimate to the final inspection, everyone arrived when they said they would and performed exactly as promised. That is a most unusual experience in this day and age.

As an owner of a pool service and repair company in Boca Raton, I have seen many pool renovations. When it came time for me to redo my own pool, I interviewed many pool remodeling companies. By far, your company is in a class of its own. The professionalism of your entire staff, starting with the person who answers the phone down to the crew who performs the work, is outstanding. Every aspect of the job was completed on a timely basis and the quality of the work was better than I expected.

I took a long time in checking out several pool remodel companies before I decided to make a choice. My instincts told me to go with your company and we are very happy that we did. As soon as I saw the office and met your wife and several employees there was no doubt. The attention to customer satisfaction and a genuine interest to do the right thing for your clients is very obvious.
